Member Rules/Requirements

Rules:

All members are required to keep an active blog, tumblr, or instagram account.

Members are required to attend at least 75% of meetups

If there is a disagreement between members, the issue between the two people will be talked out with a neutral party member.

If you are no longer able to attend meetups or wish to leave the circle, you need to contact either Miyabi or Gigi (on either facebook or through email) and explain why you can no longer be a part of the circle. To leave the circle, you must give us about 15 day notification.

If you plan to attend a meetup but can’t make it, we require at least a 5 hour warning so that we are able to plan accordingly. Failure to do so will result in a penalty.

If you are consistently late to meetups, cancel last minute more than once, or are disrespectful to other members, you may be suspended from the circle.

Suspensions from the circle range from 1-3 meetups depending on the severity of the infraction. Reasons why members may be suspended: If a member is consistently behaves badly (causing drama with members in the circle, causing too much of a scene and getting us removed from a store or restaurant, etc.), no improvement in your style. If you break too many rules, you can be permanently removed from the circle.

We accept applications year round. Please allow at least 1 week after submitting your application to get feed back.

You are expected to improve your style. While our main goal is to have a good time, we expect members to keep themselves up. If you are struggling with a certain aspect of the style, you can ask your group members for help.

If you do not have transportation, please notify Gigi at least a day before the meetup so that she can arrange a carpool. We kindly ask that you contribute gas money if you are carpooling with another member.

Members are expected to be kind and courteous to other members, picking fights,   whining/complaining are not tolerated. We want to have a good time, so we expect members to behave in a mature way. If one member acts out, it ruins the fun for everyone, so put on your big girl pants ladies!
